I just copied all of the render types from Sony Vegas Pro 10. I normally use .wmv but I’m just not sure if that has the best quality and smallest size. Or best quality in general.
For audio files choose MP3 (*.mp3) for Video yeah, (*.mov) is the best from all of those.
